Once upon a time, there was a highly-organized Type A woman that Had Her Life Together. Feeling highly accomplished, she decided it was time to have children… and that’s when things got out of hand.
First one came 8 weeks early (THAT was not in the plan). Second one screamed complained loudly non-stop 22-ish/7. (NOT in the plan again). Third one was so precious and adorable that somehow a fourth one slipped in while were busy herding the other three.
Yes, I’m that lady. I love beauty, art, and purpose; and now I know that children embody all those things. It’s just that you can’t see it clearly when you are in the middle of those hard years.
