It seems like everyone is scrolling…. but very few people are reading. Their eyes are darting all over the page, looking for images.

How do you feel about the image you’re currently using?

You probably know a professional photo of yourself can be used over and over again on websites, social media platforms, printed publications… helping potential clients feel familiar with your brand and image.

But truthfully, many adults dread having their photo taken! Many people are busy working and don’t feel comfortable spending time on person appearance and we understand that. Calotype’s highly-trained portrait photographer knows how to make you look your best. The right lighting makes all the difference in the world! During your Headshot Session, you’ll be comfortably guided through a simple series of poses so you have different options; and our camera angles are specifically designed to flatter ordinary, everyday people. A Headshot Session at Calotype is an easy time of simple creativity. We can work with company specs, or be creative and show you a range of possible choices.

All Headshot Sessions include a phone consultation to quickly learn your needs/goals for the images; an efficient but creative Portrait Session with multiple poses/expressions; basic retouching, and optional keywords in metadata (if supplied) for better search engine optimization!

For even more convenience, you can see our schedule and book your headshot online. Currently, this option is only available for individual subjects at our studio. If you have a team/group shot or want us to come to your work place, please call and we’ll be happy to work with your busy schedule.

• We’ll chat briefly about your needs

• We’ll take different images so you can choose the best one(s)

• Allow us to lightly retouch the images, then you’ll come back to the studio a few days later to view and choose your images (Zoom appointment options available)

• After you make your decision, images are delivered immediately as high resolution digital files.
