It’s our 10th Annual Calotype School Picture Event!

Do you love yearly school pictures of your children, but wish they weren’t so bland and boring? Every year at this time, Calotype opens their studio for inspirational, one-of-a-kind school photos that YOU get to choose, right away.

It’s the same package we do every year:

One 8x10” print, 2-5x7” prints, 2-4x6” prints, and 8 wallets (all one pose). From what you tell us, this assortment provides most everything you need for yourself and family. We’ll take 4 different poses, and you get to choose right away which image you want for your package.

It’s just one child at a time (no siblings posed together). You can book an appointment for all your children at the same time, but they are photographed individually for school portraits.

Pay up front when you book- this keeps things moving effortlessly and ensures everyone shows up!

Have your child wear whatever they want. We’ll find a backdrop to match. We have the whole studio at our disposal, so we’re not limited to one background.

We’ll take four images, then you’ll head to our viewing room to select which image you want in your package.

THERE’S NO AGE LIMIT- as long as a child can sit by themselves, they are not too young (or too old!) Don’t let the term “School Picture” make you think they have to be enrolled in a school! This is for everyone!

Cost is $50 plus tax and is due to book. You can call or text the studio at 417-658-8865, or book online. Note: If you have multiple children, it might be easier to email or text the studio and we can book you manually so everyone can come together.

Please note- due to the scarcity of openings for this yearly event, there are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. I completely understand if your child is sick or some other busy life event happens, so you won’t lose your payment. We’ll just hold it until the next year’s school picture event, or you can use it as credit toward family portraits at another time!
